Bilkent CYBERPARK (Ankara Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi Kurucu ve İşletici A.Ş.), established by Bilkent University and Bilkent Holding in 2002, is Türkiye’s first private university-based technopark. Bilkent CYBERPARK hosts more than 320 technology companies across various sectors, 3 Research Centers, and over 4500 R&D personnel. In addition to high-quality office services, Bilkent CYBERPARK provides value-added services to its resident companies through award-winning programs in national and international arenas, promoting growth and collaboration. With its newly added off-site incubation centers, it continues to contribute to Türkiye’s technology development capacity.

Bilkent CYBERPARK initiated clustering activities in 2013 with the establishment of the Information and Telecommunication (BİL-TEL) Cluster. BİL-TEL Cluster offers collective training and consultancy services, participation in joint projects, international trade, cooperation, and investment-finding services to the companies within its body. Bilkent CYBERPARK continues to pave the way for the collaboration of technology-based companies through trade delegation activities and business forums to firms at an international level
